Taxi Aeropuerto Barcelona
Your taxi from Barcelona El Prat Airport.
Barcelona Taxi Aeropuerto is a licensed private taxi service for Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN). We pick you up inside arrivals at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, with your name on a sign, and drive you straight to your hotel, apartment or the cruise terminal. Going the other way, we collect you anywhere in the city and drop you at departures with time to spare.
Every airport taxi has a fixed price agreed before you travel — airport supplement included, and no extra for luggage or late flights. A ride from the airport to the Barcelona city centre takes about 20–30 minutes. We also drive to Sitges, Montserrat, the Costa Brava and all of Catalonia. See our prices or book online.
Before you book
Questions we get every day.
What happens if my flight is late?
Send us the flight number when you book. We track the arrival and adjust the pickup time ourselves — you pay the same price. One hour of waiting after landing is included.
Where exactly will the driver meet me?
Inside the terminal at arrivals, holding a sign with your name, after you clear baggage. If you’d rather be collected at the kerb, tell us and we’ll arrange it.
Do you go to small villages and rural houses?
Yes — that’s most of our long-distance work. Send a Google Maps pin for farmhouses, villas and wedding venues without a street address and we’ll find it.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The quote we send on WhatsApp is the total for the whole car, including tolls and luggage. Extra stops or a change of destination are the only things that change it, and we’ll tell you the difference first.
How do I pay?
Cash or card with the driver at the end of the journey. Bank transfer in advance is available for long-distance trips and company accounts.
Can you carry child seats, bikes or golf bags?
Yes — just say so when you request the fare so we send the right vehicle. Child seats are free; bulky items usually mean the V-Class van.
How far in advance should I book?
24 hours is comfortable. We do take same-day requests, and for a 5 a.m. departure it’s worth messaging the night before.
